A Dairy Queen (DQ) crew member is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing food items according to standards, operating kitchen equipment safely, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, handling cash transactions accurately, and collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations, all while adhering to food safety regulations; essentially, they are the frontline staff responsible for interacting with customers, taking orders, preparing food, and maintaining a clean restaurant environment.
