Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Representative to promote and sell our coffee shop products to businesses. This role involves building relationships with potential clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions from our product line. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
This is a 100% commission-based role. Both Part- and Full-time positions available. This is a great opportunity for someone who is already selling business to business and wants to add another product line to portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients, including offices, restaurants, and retail businesses.
- Present and demonstrate coffee products, including beans, single serve k-cup pods, and accessories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to close sales deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and company training sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of coffee products and brewing methods (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
