Jewelry Repair Consultant

We are seeking a Fine Jewelry Repair Consultant to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for handling and evaluating customer's jewelry providing expert advice on repairing or redesigning them. Must be able to assist customers with sales and repair intake.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and identify their needs.
• Explain products and services to customers.
• Evaluate client’s jewelry and suggest appropriate repairs
• Provide consultation on redesigning and resetting customer’s jewelry and gemstones.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in jewelry repairs and custom designs.
• Familiarity with parts & findings required for jewelry repair.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
