Alexandre Family Farm is looking for a CDL A Regional Utility Driver in Crescent City, CA. Our drivers are team players, professional, and dedicated to doing the job right. Alexandre Family Farm’s drivers play a vital role in the success of our customers, our company, and ultimately, themselves.

Compensation:

• Pay per mile: 60 CPM
• On Duty Hourly rate: $25
• Additional Pay:
  • Layover pay: $40 per night, in sleeper
  • Loading/Unloading pay: $25/Standard hourly rate
  • Detainment pay: $16/hr
• Paid semi-monthly/can be via direct deposit

Home Time, Route and Schedule

• Home Time: Home Daily or Every Other Night , Reset at Home weekly
  • 5-6 Days / week, Flexible
•  Route: within Northern, CA
  •  Cedarville, CA to Crescent City , CA
  • Start times: Day Shift
  • Level of touch: Touch freight

 Equipment

• Equipment will be assigned based on route
• 2021 or 2024 model year trucks
• Flatbed single or double trailer, 5-axle
• Manual or automatic Transmission
• Cattle, Reefer, Flatbed , End Dump

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL A license
• Must be at least 23 years old
• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable driving experience
• Tank Endorsement in state of residence preferred but not required
• Doubles and Triples endorsement preferred
• No more than 2 major moving violations within a 3-year period
• No more than 2 accidents within a 3-year period
• DOT Drug Screening required
• Current Medical Examiner's Certificate
• Ability to conduct all operations in a safe manner
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language
• Successful candidates will be subject to pre-employment drug screen and physical, as well as motor vehicle, criminal background, and employment reference checks
• Must live within 75 miles of Crescent City, CA
