About Us:

Tous Les Jours is a French-Asian bakery known for fresh, high-quality bread, pastries, and beverages. We are looking for friendly and energetic Front of House Team Members to join our team at our Catonsville location!

**Please note that our business will not be open until mid-April, but we are hiring now to build a strong team in preparation for our launch.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude
• Take customer orders and process payments using POS system
• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages
• Restock bakery displays and ensure products are presented neatly
• Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, dining area, and beverage station
• Assist with packaging bakery items and handling special orders
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required – training provided!
• Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform light lifting (up to 25 lbs)
• Availability to work weekends and holidays preferred

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 16 years or older
