Production Worker

We are hiring a Production Worker to join our team! You will operate machinery and equipment, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Competencies

• Product fabrication experience,
• Product inspection experience.
• General people interaction experience.
• Quality Management Systems training (e.g. ISO 9000, QS 9000).
• General computer data entry skills.

Responsibility & Authorities

• Irrespective of any other responsibilities have the freedom and authority to initiate action to prevent product or service nonconformity, identify or record quality problems and recommend solutions.
• Support the Quality Policy of the company:

Determine customer needs. Implement processes to meet these needs, and

• Identify opportunities for continually improving our processes.

• Perform product production and product inspection activities as qualified (See Department Training Matrix).
• Perform documentation requirements as stated in work instructions

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

Physical Demands
The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

This job requires the employee to lift at least 50 lbs. infrequently.
