Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a smile
• Taking accurate food orders
• Performs all duties in the Basic Stations (Grill, Fryer, Drinks, Topping, Food Prep,) as needed and depending on store volume, during a shift to ensure that preparation (portion control), temperature, packaging, appearance, presentation, taste and service of all menu items meet operational standards.
• Partnering with Managers to meet target goals during your shift
• Utilizing Store's Checklist to properly operate shift
• Complies with all policies and procedures, and all health and sanitation laws and regulations
• Cleaning in accordance to our company’s sanitary standards including but not limited to: sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning walls, tables, counters, kitchen and service equipment. Cleaning the customer service area and removing trash. (Frequent bending and stooping) (Trash removal weight can be up to 25lbs.)
• Helps in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate
• Exercises good judgment in decision-making and reporting issues to the GM
• Monitors inventory levels, order supplies, and manages deliveries

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the food & restaurant industry
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 21+ years or older
• Food Service license/certification: Food Handler's License
• Restaurant back of house skills: dishwashing
• Restaurant back of house skills: fry station
• Restaurant back of house skills: general food prep
• Restaurant front of house skills: serving in fast casual
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Available to work: on call
• Available to work: holidays
• Speaks Spanish

Preferred qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Food Service license/certification: ServSafe Food Handler Certification
• Restaurant front of house skills: point of sale (POS) operation
• Restaurant front of house skills: front counter
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Available to work: late at night
