Join an established outpatient eye care practice in Springfield, Vermont, offering a full-time opportunity with a predictable schedule, strong clinical support, and the ability to focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
Position Highlights
- Predictable 4-Day Schedule: Work four days per week with no call and no weekend requirements.
- Comprehensive Eye Care: Provide routine exams, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, and provide vision correction for a broad patient population.
- Fully Outpatient Practice: Focus on patient care with no inpatient responsibilities or emergency coverage.
Compensation & Benefits
- Earn up to 170,000 based on experience
- Up to 10,000 annual retention bonus

Candidate Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Licensed or license-eligible in Vermont
- Comfortable providing comprehensive eye care across a broad patient population
- Patient-centered approach with strong communication skills
