Join an established outpatient eye care practice in Springfield, Vermont, serving patients of all ages. You’ll provide comprehensive eye care in a fully outpatient setting with no call, no weekends, and a supportive clinical team.What We Offer You

• Predictable 4-Day Schedule: Work four days per week with no call and no weekend requirements.
• Comprehensive Eye Care: Provide routine exams, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, and provide vision correction for a broad patient population.
• Fully Outpatient Practice: Focus on patient care with no inpatient responsibilities or emergency coverage.
• Guaranteed Compensation: Earn up to 170,000 based on experience, with up to a 10,000 annual retention bonus, student loan assistance, and relocation support available.

Candidate Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Licensed or license-eligible in Vermont
• Comfortable providing comprehensive eye care across a broad patient population
• Patient-centered approach with strong communication skills
