As a Care Professional, you will work one-on-one with our senior clients, providing a wide range of services. At Home Instead, we believe care comes in more forms than just medical. Because of the, you will provide additional services such as light housekeeping. In addition, we offer the chance to build strong relationships between our Care Professionals and our clients.

What we're looking for:

• Must be 19 years of age
• Have a current driver's license
• Have reliable transportation
• Have valid car insurance
• The willingness to learn and grow
• The ability to adapt to a variety of different situations and backgrounds
• A deep passion for helping others and a drive to provide exceptional experiences
• Looking for professional or personal growth
• The ability to carry up to 25lbs
• The ability to pass screenings, such as a background check and drug test

What we provide:

• $150 sign on bonus
• Starting wage is $15 - $16/hr
