We feature 75 extra-long and wide pull-through RV sites designed to accommodate even the largest rigs, plus two cozy cabins for those seeking a more traditional lodging experience. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Park Manager to join our team and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
About the Role:
The Park Manager is a crucial role, responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of South Forty RV Park. You will be the face of our park, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring memorable stays for our guests. This position requires a hands-on individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for guest service, and a dedication to maintaining a pristine and well-functioning property.
Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience:
- Provide warm and welcoming guest service, including registration, site selection assistance, and clear communication of park rules and regulations.
- Offer knowledgeable recommendations on local attractions and activities.
- Proactively address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Property Management:
- Maintain the pristine condition of park grounds, including restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, common areas, and all park amenities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Perform or coordinate necessary maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and landscaping.
- Operational Excellence:
- Manage reservations and bookings efficiently, maximizing occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor key performance indicators, including occupancy levels and revenue streams.
- Implement and enforce park policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in park management, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong guest service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of RV systems and maintenance is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and experience with reservation software.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A positive attitude and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
