Position: Returns Clerk with Forklift experience
Location: Redlands, CA
Hours: Monday - Friday 6:00 AM to 2:40 PM (Overtime as needed)

Duties:
Duties:
- Receives, identifies, and sorts UPS, FedEx, and DHL deliveries (samples vs. return claims). Inspects, measures, and records all details about return claims.
- Utilizes available resources to determine the root cause of product failure.
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic to Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to read and understand technical product specifications and drawings.
- Experience using and reading precision measuring tools.
- Basic familiarity with automotive components and systems.
- Ability to meet productivity goals with limited supervision.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- 1-2 years auto repair experience, formal automotive training, or parts store experience.
- Previous experience as a shipping or receiving clerk. Or warehouse order picking.
- Vehicle parts knowledge, automotive part fitment, OEM, and aftermarket part differences.
- Forklift experience and previous certification - Cherry Picker
