Operator

We need an operator that is ahead of the production team. 

This requires the ability to manage a small crew at times but also work alone. Most importantly you need to be productive without being managed.  If you cannot understand a set of plans or set up a laser go back to the hall.     

This is not a trade position - this is a team opening.  ot a job, a career.      

Required qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Willing to travel locally

Preferred qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 16 years or older
• Able to comfortably lift 40 lbs
