Family NP/PA – 34-Hour Week + $15K Sign-On or Relocation Bonus

ZoomCare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team! Come develop your skills with ongoing support from our medical leadership team!

SCHEDULE

• Work 34 hours per week. Sunday - Wednesday or Wednesday - Saturday.
• No admin days and no on call time.

COMPENSATION

• Salary Range: $135,000 - $150,000 per year plus bonus potential and shift pay.
• May be sign on bonus or relocation assistance eligible

QUALIFICATIONS

• Physician Assistant Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
• Experience seeing patients of all ages.
• Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Standing for long periods of time
• Vaccinated against Hepatitis B., MMR, PPD, Varicella (Chickenpox), TD/TDAP, and COVID-19
• Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
• Must wear a mask as needed.
