Position Highlights:

• Work in both Inpatient SUD Rehab Unit and Outpatient SUD Clinic
• Utilize trauma-informed and harm-reduction practices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and medical directors

Office Facility/Schedule:

• Location: Canton-Potsdam Hospital
• Schedule: Flexible shifts, 70 hours on-site coverage, call responsibility

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation: $100,000-200,000
• Signing Bonus: $5,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $7,500
• Licensing & Dues: $1,000
• CME’s: $2,000
• Benefit Time: 200 hours
