Position Summary:

We are looking for energetic, reliable, and team-oriented individuals to join our Firehouse Subs team. As a Team Member, you’ll be responsible for providing top-tier customer service, preparing food with attention to detail, and maintaining a clean and friendly environment. Whether you're at the register or behind the line, every role plays a key part in creating a great guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Prepare sandwiches and other menu items according to Firehouse Subs standards

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, dining room, and restrooms

• Handle cash and operate the POS system

• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed

• Follow all food safety and store policies

• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals and shift needs

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
