What You’ll Do: 

• Perform mowing, weed whacking, edging, blowing, and basic equipment maintenance with precision and efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional service to residential clients, ensuring their properties meet the highest industry standards.
• Utilize provided training to excel in job-specific tasks and technology
• Manage your daily route and tasks independently while contributing to the overall team’s success. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Experience is preferred, but we’ll provide training for motivated individuals!
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Physical capability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work a 4-day, 10-hour schedule with occasional overtime or rain make-up days.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• 18 years or older
• Valid driver's license

Preferred qualifications:

• Able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
