Lawn Technician

What You’ll Do: 

Lawn Care Applications: 

• Perform granular and liquid fertilizer applications, spot treatments, weed control, and pest management.
• Calibrate and operate specialized equipment for lawn applications
• Ensure precise application rates and coverage for every property. 

Deliver Exceptional Service: 

• Take before and after photos of all jobs for quality assurance.
• Provide professional communication and education to clients regarding their lawn health.
• Ensure properties are clean, neat, and visually appealing after each visit. 

Accountability and Maintenance: 

• Conduct daily equipment checks and weekly calibrations to maintain accuracy and safety.
• Keep trucks, tools, and materials organized and clean after each shift.
• Document all materials used and services performed.

Seasonal Services: 

• Complete rounds of fertilization, weed control, grub prevention/control, fungicides and more
• Perform add-on services, including aeration, overseeding, perimeter pest control, and mosquito treatments. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Previous experience in lawn fertilization, turf care, or pesticide application is preferred.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Knowledge of lawn care equipment, including spreaders and sprayers, and experience with calibration.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, walk properties, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction.
