French Speaking Retention Specialist - No Experience Needed

Responsibilities

• Contact existing clients in French to ensure they are satisfied with our services
• Identify potential issues and offer solutions to enhance client satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback
• Develop strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and retention
• Collaborate with other departments to implement effective retention strategies
• Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Assist in gathering and analyzing client feedback to improve services

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication skills with a focus on building relationships
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• No prior experience is required; however, customer service skills are a plus
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous
