In this role, you will assist clients with technical inquiries related to our products and services, ensuring they have a seamless experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, offering step-by-step solutions
• Document all client interactions and technical issues in our support system
• Guide clients on best practices for utilizing our products effectively
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues as necessary
• Participate in training sessions to improve your technical knowledge and customer service skills
• Gather client feedback to identify opportunities for improving support services

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• A willingness to learn and develop technical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Previous experience in customer service or IT support is a plus but not mandatory
