Travel Consultant - German Speaking - No Experience Needed

As a Travel Consultant, you will assist clients in planning and booking their dream vacations while leveraging your German language skills to communicate effectively with our German-speaking clientele.

In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to develop your skills in travel consulting, customer engagement, and itinerary planning. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients have memorable experiences from the moment they contact us, helping them navigate their travel options and providing personalized recommendations that suit their preferences.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements in German
• Provide information on destinations, transportation, accommodations, and activities
• Respond to inquiries in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to secure the best options for clients
• Stay informed about travel trends and industry developments
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and consulting skills

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• A genuine passion for travel and providing excellent customer service
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• No prior experience is required; however, customer service or travel knowledge is a plus
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with travel booking systems is advantageous
