Make Artisan breads from scratch. Competitive pay and plenty of room for growth. Bread Baker – Part-Time Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is hiring a dependable and motivated Artisan Baker to join our team. This is a hands-on baking role focused on quality hearth breads in a fast-paced production environment. Schedule + Sunday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM + Monday & Thursday: 11:30 AM – 7:00 PM + Additional hours may be available in the fall Pay + Starting at $15/hour + Raises available after training and based on performance Responsibilities + Prepare, shape, proof, and bake hearth breads according to Kneaders recipes and quality standards + Maintain a clean and safe work environment + Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines + Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining artisan quality standards Qualifications + Must be at least 18 years old + Reliable, punctual, and hardworking + Able to stand for entire shifts + Able to lift up to 50 lbs + Detail-oriented and eager to learn + Committed for a minimum of 6 months We Offer Training for the right candidate and opportunities to grow baking skills in an artisan bakery setting.
