We are currently seeking out a highly motivated and passionate Junior Business Systems Analyst to join our team in the central offices in Athens.

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders from various departments to understand business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and support the implementation and maintenance of business systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements and processes.
  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and analysing business and technical requirements for system enhancements or new system implementations.
  • Support the design and development of solutions to meet business needs, including software configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Participate in system testing, including creating and executing test cases, and troubleshooting issues to ensure the quality and functionality of the systems.
  • Assist in the deployment and implementation of new systems or system upgrades, including data migration, user training, and support activities.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems, including troubleshooting issues, addressing user inquiries, user trainings and performing system configurations as needed.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure accurate knowledge transfer and maintain system documentation.
  • Stay informed with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business systems and processes.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies using technology and automation.

Requirements

Ideal candidates should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders across various departments.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management systems (HMS), property management systems (PMS), or other hospitality-related software is a plus.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of business analysis and systems integration within the hospitality industry.
