👀Look no further👀 because ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, one of the largest BPO companies, is looking for a German Speaking Customer Care Representative to work in an exciting Payments & Transactions project.

 

📌 Company’s HQ: Athens

📍 Working Model: On-site (Athens, city center)

🖋️You will be reporting to: Operations Manager.

✅ What you will do:

Handle customer inquiries via email and chat, giving prompt answers to customer questions.

More specifically:

·       Provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions in the best interest of the customers.

·       Handling transactions and payment inquiries (refunds, manual charges, locating payments,..)

·       Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

·       Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system

·       Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner

·       Maintain a high level of company product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries

Requirements

What we are looking for:                                                                         

·       Native or near-native German speakers with an English Fluency

·       Analytical minds with the ability to deal with complex financial inquiries

·       Clear Communication Skills

·       Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools

·       Fast understanding and an ease of working with numbers and data
