Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Anti-Financial Crime Unit. In this crucial role, you will provide support to our Spanish-speaking clients who are navigating issues related to anti-financial crime measures, ensuring they receive accurate information and guidance in a timely manner.
Your fluency in Spanish will allow you to effectively assist clients with inquiries about compliance, fraud prevention, and reporting suspicious activity. You will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to financial integrity while fostering trust with our clientele.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients regarding financial crime prevention measures via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients in understanding compliance requirements and reporting procedures
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system, ensuring clarity and thoroughness
- Collaborate with the Anti-Financial Crime Unit to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions
- Educate clients on best practices for preventing financial crime
- Gather feedback from clients to help improve our services and protocols
- Participate in training sessions to stay current with industry trends and regulations
Requirements
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication abilities
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on compliance and regulatory standards
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in financial services or compliance, is highly desirable
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a high-stakes environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in sensitive financial matters
- Familiarity with anti-financial crime regulations and customer support technologies is advantageous
