Caregiver: Bandera, Pipe Creek, Medina, TX

PLEASE NOTE THIS JOB IS LOCATED 50 MILES OUTSIDE OF SAN ANTONIO--YOU MUST BE ABLE TO LIVE IN THE BANDERA AREA OR COMMUTE TO THIS AREA.

Home Instead is looking for caring, compassionate, and dedicated Caregivers in the Bandera, Pipe Creek, Medina, and Leakey areas to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow our clients to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Alzheimer’s care
• Ability to treat and care for aging adults and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and compassionate manner
• Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance

*No previous experience necessary—robust skills training is provided by Home Instead*
