In this important role, you will serve as a primary contact for our German-speaking clients, providing assistance with their inquiries related to online gaming. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in German through phone, live chat, and email
• Assist clients with account management, game rules, and promotional offers
• Document customer interactions accurately in our support systems
• Coordinate with the marketing team to share information on current promotions
• Handle disputes professionally and escalate issues when necessary
• Stay knowledgeable about the latest gaming trends and compliance regulations
• Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through outstanding service

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Proven ability to effectively address inquiries and resolve customer issues
• Understanding of iGaming platforms and industry regulations is a plus
