Position Summary
Medical Accounts Receivable (A/R) Representatives are the most critical protector of and insurance for successful revenue cycle management operations. Medical A/R Representatives ensure optimum, efficient, and timely reimbursement for medical services rendered via MY DR NOW’s dynamic healthcare delivery platform. Medical A/R Representatives aggressively monitor claims assigned to guarantee immediate reimbursement by third-party payers and appropriate assignment of balances owed by patients.
