HVAC / Air Conditioning Service and Install Tech

We are looking for an experienced installation and or service technicians that "KNOWS" what this job entails. We are a "Best Practices and People Before Profits" organization. We are a small company and we are scaling our growth. We are not looking for Chuck in a truck. You must have a good driving record, and no drug or alcohol issues, have a neat and clean appearance, take pride in your work, good communication skills etc. BTW, WE DO NOT do residential new construction. We do retrofit changeouts for residential and commercial clients.
