At Kilwins, we believe in delivering a magical experience to every customer. As a Retail Team Member, you’ll play a key role in spreading the joy of our premium chocolates, fudge, ice cream, and waffle cones. We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals who share our passion for excellence and fun!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service with a smile, answering questions and offering sales suggestions.
• Operate the point of sale system (cash register) accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve delicious Kilwins products, including chocolates, fudge, and ice cream.
• Craft and serve fresh waffle cones.
• Keep the store clean and organized, following health and safety standards.
• Help create attractive product displays according to Kilwins brand standards.
• Participate in general opening and closing procedures.
• Answer the phone and take orders with a positive attitude.
• Always uphold the values and culture of the Kilwins brand.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-oriented with excellent manners and a helpful demeanor.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Previous retail experience is helpful, but not required.
• Professional and Punctual
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
