Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a Custom Home Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Maintain a safe and clean job site
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Coordinate and direct independent testings and inspections as required
• Raise and discuss relevant issues at weekly construction meetings
• Prepare detailed construction schedule. Monitor and maintain said schedule on a weekly basis
• Read and approve Truss layouts

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Custom Home Construction Management
• Previous experience in Florida construction 
• Previous experience with stem wall construction
• Excellent organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Must have understanding of construction terms, scheduling and planning concepts
• Ability to communicate with design professionals, customers and subcontractors
• Deadline and detail-oriented
