Schedule:
Schedule:
- Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Part-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Qualifications:
- AMS/AMI or MACTE-accredited Montessori Certification for ages 0–3
OR at least 2 years of experience working in a Montessori Infant/Toddler environment under a certified lead teacher - Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Experience working with infants and toddlers (ages 0–3)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage an Infant/Toddler Montessori classroom
- Prepare and maintain an inviting, organized, and developmentally appropriate environment
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with Montessori principles
- Observe and document each child’s progress using Transparent Classroom
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Support and guide assistant teachers in Montessori practices
- Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and engaging for exploration and growth
