Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
• Provide detailed information about service options and logistics
• Gather feedback from clients to improve our services

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
