Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate Nordic language content to ensure compliance with community standards and quality metrics.
• Identify and escalate instances of inappropriate or harmful content efficiently.
• Provide insightful feedback on content performance and offer suggestions for improvement.
• Collaborate with content creators and moderation teams to optimize content strategies.
• Document analysis results and generate reports for team evaluation.
• Stay informed on industry trends, community guidelines, and best practices in content moderation.
• Participate in team discussions to contribute valuable insights and ideas for enhancement.

Requirements

• Proficient in a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and fluent in English.
• Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to content review.
• Prior experience in content moderation, review, or analysis is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying information effectively.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment.
• Familiarity with content management systems and analytical tools is a plus.
