Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide comprehensive solutions.
• Maintain a detailed understanding of company offerings to guide clients effectively.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall client satisfaction.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to advance skills.
• Provide insights and suggestions for process improvements based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service or advisory roles is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
• Good computer skills, with experience in CRM systems being an advantage.
• Must be eligible to work in Athens, Greece.
• A positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
