Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information and assists customers effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement enhancements to customer service processes.
  • Participate in training and team meetings to continuously improve your skills and knowledge of the industry.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on improving the overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the financial sector, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a positive attitude towards new challenges.
