Switchgear Technician - Full-time

D2B Groups is looking for a dedicated and skilled Switchgear Technician to join their client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various switchgear equipment used in our electrical systems as well as work closely with backup generators. This position demands a proactive approach to identifying electrical issues, performing inspections, and executing repairs as necessary. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical maintenance and will demonstrate both technical proficiency and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred.

• Proven experience in switchgear installation and maintenance.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
• Experience with back-up generators preferred, but not required

• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.

• Valid driver's license is required.
