Grounds Keeper - Full-time

DBS Staffing Services, Inc. is a family-owned staffing company dedicated to finding quality employment candidates and matching their talents to our clients' needs. We are currently seeking 2 reliable Grounds Keeper to join our team. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently to ensure that the grounds are well-maintained and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Trim and Weed Edger
• Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from outdoor areas
• Assist with snow removal and ice control during winter months

Requirements

• Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred
• Knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment, and techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
