Job Description:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or any equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from PMI.
• Detailed oriented with a construction background.
• Strong contract management skills, as it relates to performing closeout of projects from general contractors.
• Demonstrated financial skills (budget management, financial reporting) for departmental level.
• Strong focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service.
• Effectiveness of working diplomatically across teams with varying objectives.
• Strong oral and written communication skills across all levels.
