**Location** MN, Windom **Specialty** Family Medicine **Visas Accepted** H1B **Practice Details** Sanford Clinic Windom, MN is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician. * OB is optional * Good variety in practice from adult chronic medical conditions to young couples starting families * Nights & weekends supported by telehospitalists * Phone call coverage 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month * Nursing home responsibility shared with physicians * Current services on hospital site include Cardiac Rehab, Chemotherapy and Diabetic Services, ER imaging services with ultrasound and 128-slice CT, PAX system, ER telemetry, IV Infusion, Lab, OT, Speech & Language Rehab/Therapy, and a dietitian on staff. ER is a level 4. * Outreach services provided at the hospital include: Allergy asthma/immunology, cardiology, ENT, general surgery, neurology, oncology, ophthalmology, ortho, podiatry, urology and venous disease laser treatment. **Compensation Package** Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance. Annual compensation floor range (based on 1.0 FTE): $265,175 - $343,168 plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. Additional incentives may be offered.
