Bartender

**Job Description:**

We seek a skilled Bartender to join our team in providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, pouring, and serving drinks while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and standard techniques.
- Interact with customers, taking drink orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Stock and restock the bar with supplies, ensuring a sufficient inventory of ingredients and beverages.
- Monitor customers for signs of intoxication and intervene as necessary to ensure a safe environment.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations and company policies regarding alcohol service.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, bartending techniques, and alcohol regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications.
