Host/Busser

Job Description:

Primarily responsible for greeting customers as they enter the establishment, managing reservations, providing accurate wait times, 

seating guests at appropriate tables, assisting with guest inquiries about the business, menu and specials, and ensuring a positive first impression by maintaining a clean and welcoming area. 

Responsibilities:

- Greeting guests

- Managing reservations

- Seating guests

- Waitlist management

- Answering phone calls

- Providing information

- Maintaining cleanliness of the front of house

- Assist bussers with bussing tables or wherever else needed 

   by the demand of the guest's needs 

- Supporting other staff

- Opening and closing responsibilities

Necessary Skills:

- Bilingual in English and Spanish

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

-Attention to detail and organization skills

- Positive attitude and professional demeanor 

- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations
