The UCLA Central Ticket Office (CTO) seeks a Customer Service Coordinator for our Windows Area Box Office.

This dynamic role has overall responsibility for the day to day operation of our walk up service that includes:

Customer service supervision

Supervises student staff interactions with customers inquiring about ticket purchases, event information and other customer service questions, ensuring excellent customer service is practiced and maintained. Trains, schedules, and evaluates student staff.

Office operations and ticket inventory controls

Sells event tickets and consignment items, and distributes tickets to students for a variety of student oriented events.

Balances cash drawers and ticket inventory.

Ticket related event coordination

Ticket management of academic arts events. Acts as UCLA client liaison with the various UCLA departments and ensures our client needs are met.

The target salary for this position is $20.89 hourly. This is a full-time regular (career) position with a comprehensive benefits package. The position is located in Westwood on the beautiful UCLA campus.
