Event Customer Service Representative

We are a small family owned business located in Romeoville, IL. looking to hire immediately. Our company is an event rental company that rents event equipment, tents, tables, chairs, drapery, stages and much more, for weddings, corporate events, festivals, expositions and residential parties.

We believe that making customers happy happens by providing great customer service and clean quality rental items.

We are seeking an Event Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and walking our clients through the rental process.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming sales calls via telephone and written inquiries.
• Make sure all clients are entered into database.
• Effectively help clients plan their party by selling company products using established company sales techniques.
• Clarify and fulfill customer needs by presenting various selections of products and services
• Understand and support established sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to customers.
• Enter and follow up on all quotes.
• Emphasize saleable services of products to include quality and ability to meet customer specifications.
• Take client payments when clients are ready to reserve their order.
• Cold call potential clients that may need to rent equipment.
• Be involved in their clients order from start of the quote process to the end of the pick up of their equipment
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
