Job Duties - Answer incoming calls, sharing information with guests and taking their orders - Review incoming orders in our online system - Keep the delivery area organized, and efficient - Promote specials and add ons - Package food and ensure utensils, receipts, etc are provided - Input orders in the point of sale system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency - Comply with safety and hygiene regulations - Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus - Describe the menu and food to guests over the phone and in person, sharing suggestions
