Bartender - Full-time

Job Title: Bartender Location: WorldSprings at Grandscape Position Type: Part-Time Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager   Company Overview: WorldSprings is the outdoor, social-wellness experience that helps every guest feel better through globally-inspired soaking waters. Position Overview: Bartenders are responsible for ensuring the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of the bar functions, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of their location in both guest view and back areas while providing excellent Guest Service. They will operate by efficiently taking, preparing, checking, and distributing each guest's order in a manner that is consistent with the procedures provided to them. The bartender is responsible for providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with guests while satisfying their beverage needs. Taking beverage orders from customers and wait staff and serving drinks as requested, paying extreme attention to detail is vitally important to success. $13.00 per hour plus tips Job Duties Keeping a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories. Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment. Organizing the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory. Placing orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies. Slicing, pitting, and preparing fruit garnishes for drinks. Planning bar menus. Complying with all food and beverage regulations. Limiting customer problems by restricting alcohol intake and attempting to curtail inappropriate behavior. Checking identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers. Satisfying patron requests in a timely manner. Assessing customer preferences and making drink recommendations. Equal Opportunity Employer
