MAU Miami is undergoing an exciting transformation, and we are seeking talented and dedicated individuals to join our newly rebranded team. MAU is creating an upscale dining destination with exquisite cuisine and unparalleled guest experience. We are holding an open call for all positions and invite you to explore exciting career opportunities with us. Open Positions: Bartenders  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in an upscale environment, with a flair for crafting creative cocktails. Mixology experience preffered. • Craft innovative cocktails, provide excellent bar service, and maintain a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Hosts/Hostesses  • Experience: At least 1 year in a hosting or customer service role, with excellent communication and organizational skills. • Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure a seamless and pleasant dining experience from start to finish. Bussers/Food Runners • Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. • Assist servers, clear and set tables, and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests. Reservationist Experience: At least 1 year in a reservations or customer service role, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding reservations, menu options, and special events. Upsell special packages, events, and promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
