What You’ll Do:

• Create expertly crafted cocktails using high-quality ingredients, house-made syrups, and innovative techniques.

• Provide top-notch service, educating guests on spirits, flavors, and pairings.

• Maintain a well-stocked, clean, and organized bar while ensuring all drinks are consistent in taste and presentation.

• Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal cocktail menus and signature drinks.

• Follow all responsible serving guidelines and adhere to health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a craft cocktail bar. Working in a volume cocktail bar a plus.

• Strong knowledge of spirits, classic & modern cocktails, and mixology techniques.

• Passion for customer service and hospitality with a friendly, engaging personality.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.

• Need to have weekends available.

• Must have a Food Handlers Certification prior to starting.

• Must complete the Responsible Beverage Server (RBS) Training through the ABC prior to starting..
