Retail Security Professional

We are seeking a Retail Security Professional to join our team! You will be responsible for implementing methods to prevent merchandise loss and deter theft.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol premises to detect and locate suspected shoplifters
• Safely recover assets and make apprehensions  
• Identify issues of operational errors and policy violations
• Conduct routine employee bag inspections 
• Investigate suspicious customers behaviors
• Assist in safeguarding assets

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or other related fields
• Familiarity with retail security 
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
