Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Polish Speaking Consultant in our Online Ticketing & Event Services Department. In this engaging role, you will assist Polish-speaking clients in navigating our ticketing solutions and event management services, ensuring they can efficiently promote and manage their events.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing expert support to clients throughout the ticketing process, from event setup to sales tracking. With a focus on achieving client satisfaction, you will be instrumental in helping clients leverage our technology to enhance their event experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support Polish-speaking clients with inquiries regarding our online ticketing and event services
• Guide clients in setting up events and ticket sales on our platform
• Provide training on features and best practices for maximizing event attendance
• Troubleshoot any technical issues that clients may encounter
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and improve service offerings
• Stay up-to-date with trends in the event industry and ticketing solutions

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Basic understanding of ticketing and event management principles is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not necessary
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential
• An interest in event management and ticketing technology is highly desirable
