Polish Speaking Customer Service for Fashion & Apparel Department - Full-time

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Fashion & Apparel Department. In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to fashion products and enhancing their shopping experience.

Your fluency in Polish will be crucial as you help clients navigate our online platform, address product questions, assist with order placements, and handle any issues that arise. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty within our fashion and apparel sector.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Polish via phone, email, and chat regarding fashion products and services
• Assist customers with inquiries about product details, including sizes, availability, and shipping options
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints swiftly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our offerings and services
• Stay updated on fashion trends, promotions, and new product launches

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the fashion or retail industry, is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• A genuine passion for fashion and helping customers find the best products
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
